Ministry of Education has withdrawn the notification of Dance for Education for schools 2024

The Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training on Saturday clarified a notification shared on social media that it had not directed the organization of UNESCO's Dance for Education Programme.

The clarification issued said that the Ministry of Education and the National Commission for UNESCO have not made it mandatory for schools to participate in the  Dance For Education campaign.

The Ministry of Education said that this notification was issued purely for informational purposes related to UNESCO's international initiatives.

The letter issued earlier is withdrawn, and the resulting misunderstanding is sincerely regretted, the notification read.
